We sell stock plans, which you can use as-is, working with your builder to make exterior and interior selections or altering the configuration to suit your needs.

We also customize our plans at a reasonable price, offering you the option to work with us to make changes to the plan or call out specific materials of your choosing.  Customization can be as simple as changing the garage door from the front to the side, or it can be as extensive as adding rooms, rearranging the interior or changing the square footage of the home.

We offer full custom plans, working with you to design a home that is entirely your own.  Please contact us in order to discuss this option.  Our rates are reasonable, and we have experience in construction that will allow us to design a home that meets any design style and budget.  We have designed everything from modest homes to multi-million dollar estates.

We offer local permit customization.  Read about buying home plans on the web and find out why you or your builder may want to use this service.  The Design Room is unique in its ability to work with local builders, building departments and suppliers to incorporate the design requirements, materials and permit requirements of your locality.  Remember, if we don't do it, you'll pay someone else to.  We have an extensive matrix of the state and local requirements for building permits and can often both shorten the time it takes for you to submit for permits and save you money by incorporating many of the elements you will need.  Other plan sites do not offer this service!  Contact us for more information on how to use this service.
