The Design Room takes great pride in providing our customers with convenient and flexible options for acquiring home plans that beat the competition hands down.  Customers can buy plans on our website buy using our paypal purchasing options, by contacting us at (540) 273-4091 or by emailing us through our contact us  link.  Personal or business checks are accepted by prior arrangement.  We recommend that you contact us directly with any questions prior to purchasing plans from us (or from anyone else).  Our goal is to make your experience with us and our plans convenient and easy.

Our plans are available in a number of configurations to suit your needs:

• A study set can be purchased in order to review the plan and conduct the legwork that you need to determine whether the plan is right for you, work up a budget, and determine changes you may want to make.  A study set is not a licensed set for construction, but the cost of any study set you purchase will be credited back to you upon purchase of any other stock house plan or customized plan that you purchase from us.
  
  
• E-plan sets are probably the most sensible way to buy plans for many wishing to buy our plans.  An Adobe .pdf document, sized to be printed to standard scale prints, will be sent directly to you, and it may be printed as many times as you require, with no additional cost for extra copies.  This set is a single license set, and an additional license would be required to build the home more than once, but this option allows you to print copies as you need them.
  
  
• Paper sets of licensed plans are available as licensed sets for construction, and they are available in as many copies as you need.  If you have already purchased a licensed set of plans, and you need more copies, contact us to purchase additional copies.
  
  
• CAD files are available and are a good choice for those planning to make adjustments to the plan by a designer, drafter or architect who uses CAD software.  These files are available as .dwf, .dxf, or .plan files, but we highly recommend that you work with us to make any customizations or necessary preparations for submitting permits.  We have extensive experience in preparing plans for permit and can work with you and/or your builder to produce the plans you need.  Read our section on buying web plans for more information.
